If I purchase my merchandise today, how long will it take to arrive?

The Phoenix Collection offers express, priority and standard shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 1-7 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS.

How long does it take to receive a preorder?

Pre-orders ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase.

How long does it take for international shipping?

International shipping usually arrives in 7-21 business days from the date of the order depending on the destination.

What information or additional charges are required for international shipping?

Phone numbers are required for international shipping. Additional taxes, duties, or customs may be charged for some international orders. The Phoenix Collection is not responsible for these additional charges and are the responsibility of the client. We advise international clients to check with your local postal carrier before placing an order.

I’m concerned. I haven’t received my tracking number or package. What should I do?

We apologize that your order has not been received. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your items after the 7th business day, please contact us.

What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, if the merchandise you would like to order is not available at the time of purchase a refund for that item will be issued and the remaining items in your order will be shipped.

What is the return policy?

The Phoenix Collection is committed to providing our clients with quality items and superior customer service. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return/exchange it for a store credit only.

We do not issue refunds. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange the item(s). A store credit will be issued ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition.
