Local pick up — $4.95 (ONLY available within 15 miles of 43229)

Standard Shipping – $9.95

Priority Shipping — $11.95

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 12pm Eastern standard time will not ship until the following Monday.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after purchase. Length of time will vary dependent on your zip code.

Express Shipping – $15.95

All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 12 AM EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will be shipped by the next business day.

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 12 PM EST are estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.

Free Shipping
Orders valued at $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. This policy applies only to standard ground shipping.

You must purchase a total of $75 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

Return Policy

In the event that your purchase doesn’t work for you you can return your order for store credit. The Phoenix Collection does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.

Once we’ve determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed.

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.

Body suits and intimates are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the items.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
