Please note the following:

*The Phoenix Collection does NOT issue refunds, ONLY exchanges are accepted for store credit

*Clients are responsible for ALL (return/exchange) shipping costs  

The Phoenix Collection specializes in happy clients. We provide satisfaction through fast shipping, quality merchandise and personalized customer service. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return/exchange it for a store credit only.

The Phoenix Collection does NOT issue refunds, ONLY returns/exchanges may be accepted for store credit. 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange it for another item of your choice. At which time, a store credit will be issued to you ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unsoiled, unworn, undamaged condition.

Items that DO NOT QUALIFY for exchange/store credit status:

-Clearance items

-Items purchased with a discount/promotion code

-Intimates such as: Swimwear, Underwear, Bras, Bodysuits

Please note: The Phoenix Collection reserves the right to deny any store credit/exchanges that appear to be suspicious. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
